Winners must be ready and must parade or Prize Money will be withheld. Presentation of Trophies for Cattle, Horses, Sheep and Vintage Machinery. Parade of Vintage Tractors. 4.30 p.m. Marquees close and stock may leave the field. Prize Money will be paid out in the respective Marquees for Sections 25 - 37. No Exhibits to be removed from Marquees before 4.30 p.m.
Whilst the Stewards will make every effort to adhere to this timetable, events on the day may be influenced by the weather, the number and standard of entries, and by other factors outside their immediate control. The Association cannot however, accept any liability for deviation from the programme. Exhibitors are advised to ensure that their exhibits are ready and to confirm the timing of their events with the Stewards. |
